"Childhood thyroid cancer cases found in Fukushima Prefecture
are unlikely to be the result ofradiation exposure after the
accident".(3254-3255, p86)

This sentence is unreasonable at all. It should be, for
example, changed as follows:

“Number of childhood thyroid cancer cases found in Fukushima
Prefecture is unusually high, therefore, it is necessary to
examine carefully the relations between that case and
radiation exposure after the accident".
